Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the personal online account registered by a Member to access and use the ppv88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, including real-money balances and bonus-money balances where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet allocations, cashback awards, or reload incentives credited to a Member's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Game" means any betting, wagering, or gaming product available on the ppv88 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino table games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot gacor (high-payout slot machines), sabung ayam (live-streamed cockfighting), and bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the ppv88 website, mobile-browser interface, and all associated services operated under the domain ppv88.cam.
• "Real Money" means Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) funds deposited by a Member through an approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all transaction timestamps, draw schedules, and support operating hours on the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of ppv88 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. ppv88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Residency. The ppv88 platform is designed for and primarily marketed to players who are residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an Account. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is not prohibited by any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not register an Account on behalf of another person, corporation, or legal entity.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account: employees, contractors, or agents of ppv88 or any of its affiliated companies; immediate family members of such persons; individuals who have previously been self-excluded from ppv88 or whose Accounts have been permanently closed for Terms violations.

2.5 Jurisdiction Responsibility. Online gaming may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. ppv88 makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in your specific location. Accessing ppv88 from a restricted jurisdiction is entirely at your own risk and legal liability.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the ppv88 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately upon detection, and any balances associated with those Accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to keep this information current. ppv88 is not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate registration details provided by the Member.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify ppv88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 KYC Verification. ppv88 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding Real Money balance at the time of closure (subject to KYC completion) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods. ppv88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through its approved payment channels. Supported methods include Indonesian bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The available methods are displayed on the platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on ppv88 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals must be made in IDR. ppv88 does not accept foreign-currency deposits and accepts no liability for currency conversion losses incurred outside the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ppv88 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. ppv88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Deposit Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits you make to ppv88 are funded from sources that legally belong to you. ppv88 does not accept deposits made using funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity.

4.5 Transaction Disputes. If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. ppv88 will investigate the matter and respond within 5 business days. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be eligible for review.

4.6 Failed or Delayed Transactions. ppv88 is not liable for delays caused by banking system outages, e-wallet service interruptions, scheduled maintenance windows, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

5.1 General Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional offers provided by ppv88 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before they can be converted to Real Money and withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds carry a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. Not all game types contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. ppv88 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and/or any winnings derived from them if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (arbitrage), or engaging in any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than play in good faith.

5.4 Expiry. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds that have not been wagered to the required level will expire 30 days after being credited to the Account. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.

5.5 Promotional Changes. ppv88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or modified after Members have already opted in, we will honour the terms that applied at the time of opt-in to the extent reasonably practicable.

6.1 Accepted Bets. A bet or wager is only accepted and binding once ppv88 has confirmed it via an on-screen confirmation and a corresponding transaction record in your Account history. Verbal commitments, chat messages, or email communications do not constitute accepted bets.

6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. ppv88 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error in odds, line settings, or game parameters — including but not limited to pricing errors, system failures, or data-feed inaccuracies. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account.

6.3 Maximum Payouts. ppv88 applies maximum payout limits that vary by product category. These limits are displayed within each game or market. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout cap will be reduced to that cap without exception.

6.4 Mix Parlay (accumulator) Bets. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to the standard sportsbook rules applicable to each individual selection within the accumulator. If one leg is voided, the remaining legs will stand and the parlay odds will be recalculated accordingly.

6.5 Live Betting. Live in-play betting is subject to data-feed availability and market suspension windows. ppv88 is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to temporary market suspension during significant match events.

6.6 Voor Bola (Handicap) Markets. Voor bola (Asian Handicap) markets are settled in accordance with the official match result including any additional time where applicable for the relevant competition. Details of settlement rules are available in the sportsbook help section.

6.7 RNG Games. All slot, virtual, and table games using a random number generator (RNG) are certified by an independent testing laboratory. Results are random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including ppv88 itself.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the ppv88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ppv88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. ppv88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the platform.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not use ppv88's brand name, logo, or any associated intellectual property in any context without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppv88 platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities:

1. Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false, stolen, or borrowed identity documents.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
3. Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain without reporting them to ppv88.
4. Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, match results, or betting markets.
5. Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt conduct in connection with any event offered for betting on ppv88.
6. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using ppv88 as a vehicle for money laundering.
7. Attempting to access other Members' Accounts without authorisation.
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing ppv88 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
9. Placing bets on behalf of third parties for commercial gain (acting as an agent or sub-agent).
10. Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true identity or location.

10.1 Platform Availability. ppv88 makes reasonable commercial efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppv88 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

10.3 Cap on Liability. ppv88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Third-Party Content. The ppv88 platform integrates games and data feeds provided by third-party studios and suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and Microgaming). ppv88 is not liable for defects, errors, or malfunctions originating within third-party game software, provided that ppv88 takes reasonable steps to remediate such issues upon becoming aware of them.

10.5 Member Responsibility. You accept full responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made through your Account. ppv88 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from your gaming activity. Gambling involves risk and there is no guarantee of financial return.

11.1 Data Collection. ppv88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 AML & KYC Obligations. ppv88 is legally required to collect and retain identity documentation and transaction records in compliance with its international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. This data is retained for the period required by our licence conditions and applicable law.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ppv88 holds its international gaming licence. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

12.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of ppv88, you agree to first contact our support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. ppv88 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

12.3 Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised with our support team, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of a mutually agreed-upon international arbitration body. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13.1 Right to Amend. ppv88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. All changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

13.2 Notice of Material Changes. For material changes — those that affect Member rights, bonus terms, or withdrawal conditions — ppv88 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email to all registered Members before the changes take effect.

13.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the ppv88 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.
